send an appointment request/enquiry form.

The fee for the 1st appointment and for each subsequent visit is £40.

Patients who are a member of a private medical insurance scheme may be able to reclaim their fees. In some cases, claim forms must be signed by the patient's General Practitioner (GP) or a relevant medical consultant.

Please note that the full fee will be charged if you do not inform the clinic within 12 hours that you will not be able to attend your arranged appointment.
